Aura at Weymouth

Aura at Weymouth is a wonderful place to live. Aura is charming, very clean areas and convenient to all shopping, restaurants and highway access. Our manager Colleen is awesome and with her maintenance staff are so friendly with everyone, helpful and super quick to respond to any concern, problem or question. The units themselves are very modern, well maintained and pretty spacious. The in-unit washer and drier are a huge bonus! I have lived here for over two years and love it and will continue to renew under this manager. Please don't believe some recent negative posts from "rule breakers" about Aura and Colleen, they are simply not true and does not reflect at all how it is to really live here for me or my good neighbors! Recently I moved to another floor and Colleen was so above helpful in the process. She is always so professional, resourceful and personable as our only manager since opening. I loved all the little notes she posts and welcoming me to my new apartment, so Thank you!

My husband and I were the first residents to live in apartment #205. We loved the modern design, brand new appliances and modern fixtures. It was spacious and had beautiful large windows, high ceilings and balcony access. We enjoyed the common grill area and elevators which made it possible for us to have my dad over, who needed handicap accommodations. Living at the Aura was a great experience. Its one of the best affordable luxury building in the state of Massachusetts, from the location to the living accommodations. Believe me before we moved in, we did our research, and nothing was comparable. If we did not purchase our home, we will still be there guaranteed. The Property Manager, Colleen was wonderful. Always very pleasant, caring, and attentive to all of our needs or request. The Aura was always well maintained ; clean and decorative and had a beautiful welcome home smell. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Colleen went above and beyond to make it a good experience for the residents from the welcome gifts to the amazing Aura resident and holiday event gatherings. We often reminisce on our wonderful time living at the Aura.

A really wonderful place to live. Colleen the manager does a great job of keeping the building in perfect condition. The appliances are high quality and there are plenty of closets. Theres a small but perfectly adequate gym for easy workouts. The grounds are maintained nicely and theres a nice common patio for all your grilling needs. Close to Boston and the beach!

I have been at Aura for over 3 years and am very happy! Colleen (manager) was welcoming and ensures the property -in and out- is kept in pristine condition. I love the proximity to the highway and to my daughters school and feel very secure here as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like home.

Absolutely horrible and rude manager, she was the worst!
