I've waited awhile to write. The cock roaches are horrible. They will come to your unit and spray every week if you complain enough. The problem is the roaches come right back because they dont spray the entire building. Plus every week you have to empty all the cabinets and closets every time. i basically lived out of totes the whole time. Over flowing trash dumpsters are problem because people who dont even live there come and dump their trash here. There are kids running up and down the hallway at all hours. I really wanted to love this place and but the constant bugs put me over the edge. I couldn't sleep without worrying they were crawling over me. Then i wanted to be released from my lease by only 2 months and they wouldnt budge and made me pay! The unit was newly renovated and very nice. If you dont mind bugs...this may be the place for you. good luck.

Cockroaches everywhere!. Was here for few months and had problems with toilet flushing, dishwasher leaking, stove not working properly, cheap carpet falling apart every time I vacuum. Place smells like pesticides use to get rid of roach infestation. How is this place even allowed to be open?. They sprayed apartment for roaches 3 times and didnt work. Not even professional exterminators. All this happened as soon as i moved in. Liane manager is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Trash everywhere around dumpster and even in the woods right behind dumpster. This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother moving here.

I spoke to manager Lianne on the phone to schedule a visit regarding the one bedroom they had advertised. On the phone she made it clear that she appreciates people respecting her time and if I were to chose not to come, to call and cancel. I agreed and we scheduled. I drove an hour to this visit. I walked into the office and introduced myself. I said to the receptionist was there for my visit regarding the 1 bedroom and I had spoke to Lianne. I was met with confusion. Then I was told there would be no viewing. That I'd have to come back. Then, I was told a completely different price than the info that was listed. A higher price. It was a complete waste my my time. Furthermore, when I said that I thought I had a viewing - Lianne, who had been standing behind a wall about 5 feet away listening ( and did not come introduce herself ) stepped out - did not say hi or introduce herself to me. She corrected me. Took a swig of her water, then walked back behind the wall.
