What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Waltham

I'm 10 minutes from A very busy street that's good to be near and it's amaaaaaazingg. I like being near all the bars and restaurants as well as the night life. Drinking is easy when you can just walk home!

I've stores and supermarket near my house so I don't really need to take the car, we have also bakeries and schools. We use to go near the beach a lot cause we live near the sea

The kids can play outside and have playgrounds nearby. You can also walk to restaurants and parks. I like going on walks and hikes.

I enjoy where I live because it is away from the hustle and bustle and cozily nested in the woods. Lots of hiking and outdoor activities in a short distance.

Well maintained streets and lot of greenery around. Quite and people are mostly helpful. Calm and nice. I love various Indian restaurants nearby. We usually drive to nearby scenic areas in NH and ranges of all the white mountains.

I like living near a river with lots of wildlife. I also like that it is walkable to restaurants, stores, libraries, etc.
