When we moved here almost 2 years ago we loved the place it was exactly what we were looking for. However a lot has changed since then and this place has gone down hill faster than words could explain. The management team has since been changed and the new team has made little to noeffort to fix any of the issues with the property. When you call the office most of the time you get a machine telling you no one is available to take your call please try again at a later time. Their new system to pay your rent doesn't provide a breakdown of what you are paying for anymore and the rates just seem to go higher and higher. The system is not user friendly at all and for the most part the staff is not much help either. It also seems like they have become desperate for tenants and that has led to some less than reputable tenants moving in over the past 6-9 months or so. Those same tenants don't pick up after their dogs or themselves and its quickly making this a very uncomfortable place to live. Personally my family and I can't wait for our lease to be up so we can move somewhere else. I wish I would have known this when I signed my new lease back in March of this year. I would have gladly moved out even if it meant living in a one bedroom apartment with my wife two kids and our dog. Almost anything would be better than dealing with the way things are getting here. Not to mention the cost of rent here is 3 times what it should be since the apartments are slowly but surely breaking down and even if they ar breaking down they still have outdated cabinets, faucets, windows etc. I only gave it 1 star because it would not allow me to give zero.

Halstead Tewksbury gives you the best value for your money... They provide spacious apartments, updated appliances, ample parking space, an amazing clubhouse, virtual golf, friendly staff, prompt maintenance service... All in all you get peace of mind... I would recommend this place to everyone...

Halstead Tewksbury is like no other. Meticulously maintained with lots of extras and a staff that is second to none. This Bozzuto community is outstanding, the standard which others should model themselves after.
