I like the flower and trees around the apartment I was tryingto look at the apartment room but I couldn't find them the website to go to the apartment room I would like to see them

Liars, liars, liars! 1st they tell us they are renovating the parking lot. Instead? They decide to build a new apartment complex next be door. 2nd? In order to park next door,they charge you $350. That panoramic view of Boston they are boating about? Forget it. We're losing that thanks to the apartment complex they're building next door (under the same management- Wingate). They don't even offer to lower our rent for the outright property devaluation. Instead of having our beautiful view of the city, we'll be starting at a brick wall. Don't worry they said, the new building is it 6 stories. They conveniently left out that the 6 story building would be 9 stories high. Let's not forget a year of headache inducing loud construction as we all work from home. Mon-Fri 7a- whenever and some weekends. The staff here themselves are great and not to blame. This is entirely on Wingate, and I would not recommend renting from Wingate to anyone.

Hello I been living here almost 14 years. Its a great place to live. Im hoping to get into a one bedroom soon. My 2 bedroom is to much to handle by myself Ill let you know how I feel as soon as Im in a one bedroom . The views are beautiful and units are large. Everything is close by , shopping, restaurants, Library, MBTA, and friendly people. Have a great day . And stop on by JH

I like this building, I like my apartment, the Maintenance is very good, the Office staff is excellent, I like all the people that work here mainly the manager, I like recreational amenities BUT THE NEIGHBORS ARE TERRIBLE because they make a lot of noise all the time mainly at night and I can't sleep everyday. My life at night is a nightmare. That's it. This is my opinion...
