Absolutely love the view of the Catalina mountains and all the green space it has compared to the rest of the neighborhood, the rates are great, surprised I found it so cheap because of all the shopping areas and good schools in the area
An exhilarating area to live in, Elevation felt like a Sanctuary for my fiance and I.
We used the fitness center every weekday and always found it more comfortable than any gym we had joined before. The pool is convenient fun, and an easy place to escape from the city.
The parking, an issue elsewhere in Boston, but a nonissue here. Wish I was still here!
Lived here for a year and it was not a good experience.
Elevation might be new and shiny but it definitely has its downfalls. First - the elephant stomping noises from the apartment above us - were TERRIBLE; happening all hours of the night and early morning hours. After multiple complaints and management talking to the tenants above us, nothing was resolved, and we just had to live with it. We were told that supposedly one of the tenants worked weird hours because they drove for Uber, and they also had a friend over and let them practice their tap dancing(!!!), but they also had kids running around on top of that - it was just endless excuse after excuse and nothing was done for us to compensate for this (and we were living in one of their most expensive units, so it was particularly disappointing because it was not what you expected for having to pay so much for rent).
There is also a big lack of communication, probably due to the high turnover of management and staff. Lots of notices are made after the fact or within very short notice (like 24 hours short). Rules keep getting changed whenever they feel like it, without consulting any tenants - like the coffee machine only being available for a few hours in the morning when it was supposed to be available 24/7 as we were told when we signed, changes in package policy requiring us to walk over and get all packages from the leasing office which has limited hours instead of just being able to grab our packages from our buildings lobby (a real inconvenience during inclement weather when you just want what you ordered without having to go outside), they switched out our washer/dryer halfway through to a much louder one, and the list goes on.
There is also dog poop everywhere that residents dont pick up and arent made to pick-up so its really unsightly and smelly; I tried reporting it once but with no-response and nothing done about it.
If you're thinking of living here, re-think it. It's not that glamorous.
Beautiful apartments, love the skating rink
Just did a tour of this amazing place. The whole staff were knowable and very kind. We just went in toured and completed an application on line. Right now they are offering 1 month free rent. My favorite amenity is the shuttle going to the red line. Can't wait to live there.
Elevation is metro Boston's newest luxury community! This gated oasis offers many amazing amenities including a heated salt water pool, 3,000 sf fitness center, community garden, and ice skating pond! Schedule your tour today!
