What Renters Like and Dislike About Pelham

It is unique because it has a cool vintage downtown. It was the center of the industrial revolution. My favorite local business is Espresso. It's a pizza place with sweet sauce. I like going to the library with friends to use the computers and relax.

I do like that there is a diverse communit love that there is some restaurants in the area.fees like it would only get better in the future.. re

I like to run with my wife at night, the environment is ok, and some neighbors joined us. Everyone is very satisfied.

All the neighbors are older than me. There are walking trails nearby. A recreation park next door a farmer has fields down the road

There's a nice bar near our neighborhood, it's a great atmosphere, it's great for parties, my family and I really enjoy living in this neighborhood

It is about 1/2 mile to the downtown business district. Several good restaurants in that area. A couple of bars as well
