Ive been living in the townhouse for two years and since the Commons office is taking care of the condo my life is a nightmare. They are towing cars which dont have the condos sticker. Well, I talked to them and explained that my car is not in my name but belongs to me and the people in the office were so rude to me and said I have to have the car in my name otherwise they would be happy to tow my car and I will be responsible with the expenses. Anyways, I found my car with a warning sticker last night.
Those rules never exist that before I signed my two leases contracts!!! You guys need to respect the residents!!

By far the worst apartments Ive ever lived in! Absolutely will gauge you with the price. And if you have another apartment near you, which you will, forget about sleeping or doing anything that requires quiet. I can hear all my neighbors phones go off on vibrate! Worst place ever! Dont do it!

Beautiful setting, great location because it has its own MBTA Commuter Rail stop. Pets are allowed and overall it just felt comfortable q.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Hands down the worst place I've ever lived! The models they show are nice but you don't get to see the actual unit you're moving into until the day you move in. Completely false advertising as it ends up not looking like the model at all! The cabinets and appliances are very cheap, old and rusty. The walls are paper thin and if you're unfortunate enough to live below another apartment, invest in some ear plugs or white noise because you won't be able to sleep most nights. Complain to management when the noise is excessive and at odd hours of the night and they don't even bother to respond. The main doors to the building never work- one doesn't lock and the other often can't be opened even with key.

Move here if you have absolutely no choice, otherwise keep looking! There's nothing remotely luxurious about it!

Good customer service. The ladies who work their are very helpful and professional. Apartments are nice, though for the price they're a bit small and don't include heat.
