      The only person that really knew what was going on in the office was mikel And they went and fired him. Good luck trying to get stuff done now! Alden has no clue whats going on and Mel is too busy to care.

      Issues with maintenance and not being able to get responses from management I would not recommend living here to anyone. Premium price for a total let down - look elsewhere.

      I definitely would not recommend this place. Looks can be deceiving. It looks nice and big and its definitely roomy. That's about the only good perk. The list goes on & on for all the bad things. Its noisy with all the screaming kids & barking dogs. This complex is made so cheap you hear everything from the first floor to the top fourth floor & from one end of the building to the other. Nobody follows the quiet time hours. The very worst of it all is you can feel everything! The people living above other most have bo consideration to the ones living below them. It's either that or like I said they built them very cheap. It's so thin & weak despite what the leasing office people may say. If you dont like being sleep deprived then this is not the place. Or if you want to keep your sanity. You feel all the thumps, banging, worst of all vibrations through out your apartment because of others all day every day. It's a 24/7 thing. There is no peace & quiet & enjoyment. Unless there is no one living around you. If you cant seal with that then dont come here. They dont much in helping either. Good luck if you do.

      I vacated the apartment on Dec 17, 202 and terminated lease agreement from Dec 31, 2020. However, I am still getting the bills for electricity and gas. When I contacted the electricity and gas companies, I was told that they should get a communication from leasing office to transfer the services from my name to their name. There is absolutely no one in this leasing office that cares about the tenants once you move out.
