My husband and I went to see Regency Village over the Thanksgiving weekend. The office was closed, but the parts we were able to see looked simply wonderful. We hope we will be able to rent an apartment there very very soon!

* Disabled persons take note. Poor access. Bldg 2= back apartments are subject to constant noise from Hwy495. Unable to use balcony or porch due to noise. Kitchen cabinets are cheap. Closet rails are 65 high. No fitness equip is useful to older/ disabled residents. Wheelchair access is limited. Pool disabled chair is unusable. Outside balconies have the air handler and are subject to pipes freezing unless Apts kept at 60 degrees and residents are responsible for cost of repair and/ or maintenance fee. Building meets the MINIMUM building standards. Check with Town Building Inspector for facts. NOT A 5 STAR residence. Still have a few more months here. Administration will be mightily upset with me. But not worth $2125/mo. for a 2 bedroom apt. ***This is how they value senior residents***

Building 2 apartments that face 495. The traffic noise is constant. I cant use the balcony due to the noise. Cant even open the slider for some fresh air. We pay the same rent as the others but are not able to enjoy the same amenities.
