Its close to 3 years now that weve been living at RE150. The staff and management have always been great to deal with, and you cant help but feel like family. The luxuries and conveniences of the apartment and its many amenities are unbounded, even more so when you have a wonderful restaurant like The Porch and a grocery shop like Freerange Market. And the beautiful Rivers Edge Park makes for a perfect location to walk your dogs at, and take the kids out to play. Perhaps the greatest amenity for us has been the on-site Pet Spa. It has made washing and drying our dogs so convenient, and less messy. Thanks to the RE150 team for consistently working hard, and doing their best to make life for the residents enjoyable.

I am a current resident that moved-in last summer (July 2020) and would advise to look at other reviews surrounding security concerns for the apartment. The staff was nice and responsive when I was a prospective resident. After signing the papers, I am now just flat out ignored as a current living resident, and it is such a shame for a large company like Gables Residential to ignore residents like this and having us to search through public channels where we can potentially be heard. I recently lost a package inside the apartment and went through an extremely frustrating experience where the staff was just unresponsive, unsupportive, and even very defensive, when all I was seeking was a bit of support in tracing the package. I am truly disappointed by the approach taken by the staff, the lack of communication, and not being the slightest of a reliable resource when it comes to an incident where a resident needs help. Perhaps, I will be heard here, as they do a good job of focusing on prospective residents.

If you're thinking about moving in here, don't do it!! Pet friendly is a plus but not when you always find pet droppings in the hallways. There's no security to get in / out of the parking garage of the building and non-residents frequently "hang out" on the top floor of the garage. There are much better options in / nearby Medford. My wife and I chose to move out after a year.

I love living here! The building and all common areas are so luxurious and kept sparkly clean, I haven't had a single friend to visit me and not be impressed by this place. The appliances in the apartments are all the newest technology, you can tell they were not sparing resources when furnishing them. I also can open up the front door from an app! How cool us that? A very useful feature when asking a friend to pick up a package left for you in the lobby while you are away for a week :) I wish the T stop was juuuuuuust a bit closer but it is a great way to get those extra steps in. There is a shuttle service at certain times but I am yet to use it. I am managing just fine with the footsies. Oh, and we got a fancy new grocery store + cafe that has all my favorite vegan milks (and a ton of other vegan products too)!
