Enjoy living at Bell Marlborough for the last month. The apartments are spacious, appliances updated, new carpet installed, and a single car garage. The amenities are plentiful with the heated pool, club house, yoga room and work out room. The ladies in the leasing office have been very helpful and kind. A wonderful place to live! Janet K
We are in between houses and the Bell Marlborough apartments worked out extremely well for us. The location is very convenient to our employers and to shopping. The facility is very well maintained. The apartment is well equipped, safe and quiet. The leasing and customer service staff are very responsive and attentive.
Bell Marlborough is a great choice for a convenient, quality apartment. Rent is competitive for the area, and the finishes are as good or better than most others in the area. The community is quiet and very pet friendly, however way too many residents smoke for 2017 (this is also the only knock against their pet-friendliness).
Certainly the best place of its type in the area. Under Bell there could a perception that the community is sending a subtle message that BellMarlboro is first and foremost a business. The way rents are now calculated, the removal of perquisites for renewing leases, the clear impression that the management is speaking the company jargon, and the constant impression that Bell's main interest is financial and the residents secondary. That kind of thing needs to change regardless of the tight apartment supply around here.
