The apartments are fine. The utilities and appliances work and theres no vermin or any other deal breaker problems like that. Maintenance is relatively attentive. Pros: Great views from the top floor. Great location, Hudson is a nice town.Cons: apartments all have very weird layouts that can be stress inducing. The laundary room/coat closet in particular. They also have very limited numbers of windows. The utility closets bleed heat in the winter and get too hot for the AC to be fully effective in the summer if your unit faces south. The buildings also cause their own winds due to being so high relative to their surroundings. There is almost no closet or storage space.

I only talked to the person answering the phone. Told me what I wanted to know in a caring manner. I have to wait a little longer but I want to go there.
