This neighborhood is very private. There are eneighbirs however there's enough space between homes that allows privacy. It is very quiet with little to no noise pollution. Almost everyone on the street has dogs so it's nice to be able to walk the dogs around

It's in walking distance of a lot of different food places and stores which is really convenient especially if you don't drive.

It is a quiet place where our kids can play safely outside. The kids can ride their bikes on the street. We get along well with our neighbors

This neighborhood is on the river . I like the local diners. I go to the stadium and park to walk and local coffee shops for coffee

My neighborhood has a lot of nature and wildlife. You are able to walk a couple miles to businesses/stores.
