The service you provide exceeds all my expectations, I would definitely recommend a friend to stay at bayberryhillestates, its quiet, clean, cozy and what I like the most is the fact is pretty well located, and the employees seems to really care about you feeling well served. I love here
My daughter and I have lived here for almost three years and we have been very happy with the community and surroundings. The staff are very caring and considerate when I have had to speak with them and the maintenance staff get things done in a timely manner and leave my home in amazing shape. I am very happy living here and plan to continue.
Just moved to Bayberry Hill Estates Apartments. So far it's great, the apartment is beautiful and the pool is awesome! The neighbors we met seemed very nice as well.
I have onlylived here 3 years but the one thing that keeps Marti and I here is the great maintenance staff. They have always taken care of our issues immediately.
This place is an expensive dump. For the prices they charge you would expect a better living environment. I've lived here for 5 months and every time there is a problem with something (mice, cockroaches, ants, mold, leaking roofs, dirty laundry machines, dirty common areas, parking issues,...). The walls are paper-thin that you feel like you are living with your neighbor . The staff are trying to be helpful but the building is so old and neglected that it needs to be completely re-done. Expect to spend north of $300 for heating in winter. If I have known what I know now about living here I would've definitely crossed it from my list.
