Sure the grounds are nice, the apartments are ok, but in the 10+ years I have lived here I cant say enough bad things about UDR taking over. In the last year they have instituted a monthly parking fee then doubled it ($15) Increased pet rent ($85) and most recently have added a locker fee ($8). if you receive packages, there is a 90% chance your package will be stolen. What is managements response? "We are just keeping up with the marketing trends" Management is condescending, rude, and they do not look out for residents, their safety or well being. In the last 6 months there has been a stolen car and a stolen golf cart damaging the grounds. Stay away!

This living space is incredible! The staff has been great the grounds are beautiful can't wait to call this place home! The process has been super easy-to-use. So far definitely a 5 experience

This is the worst place to live. They hold your mail and packages and dont deliver them to you. A package will be delivered one day and you wont receive it until a week later. Horrible. Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. If theyre not holding it hostage theyre throwing it on the floor like a piece of trash for other people to go through and steal.
