Living here is great. An oasis in the middle of the city. The roof deck is finer than any of the swanky roof bars in Boston with hour-long waits. The staff are warm and helpful. Apartments are well-designed and comfortable, and, most importantly, sound-proof! Most buildings skimp on that, but in 1.5 years I've never heard a neighbor from inside the apartment. Gym is top-notch and there are several spaces to get together with friends, both indoor and outdoor. North Station and commuter rail are right outside, and the heart of the North End is literally across the street. It's an absolutely treat to live here.

Have LOVED living at One Canal. I was worried initially about living in such a big building but the experience has been great-the front desk staff is amazing-friendly, helpful, professional. The maintenance team is spot on-problems solved quickly. Great neighbors. Overall no issues. Clean building. Lots of dogs. Roof deck and lounge are nice features. Will be sad to leave at the end of the month (moving family to the burbs!).

I just moved to Boston for work, my leasing agent Ashley from One Canal did an amazing job by walking us through the process, and helped us make decisions that were best for us. From parking to floor layout she was an expert, her follow up through the process really made a difference.
