(48 Ratings)It is a good building in a good location. The reason it is average is because it is not sound proof (I can hear neighbor's conversations amongst other things) and most appliances are below average (extremely poor washer, dryer and dishwasher. Refrigerator is OK, stove is average).

Some of the common areas continue to be monopolized by a very few tenants, but they bring in groups such as friends and family members numbering 15-25 (none of which live at the Tremont), where others feel blocked from using these areas in the evening or weekends. There are a few tenants that play music very loud on weekend nights. Overall, a nice place but the rent is getting too high for what you get.

It's an outstanding location and a modern living community. All amenities are provided in the building including an outdoor heated pool, a decent gym with a private yoga room and a sky lounge for parties and events located on the 4th floor. The office staff are so friendly and helpful to answer any questions you have. Maintenance staff are always available even in the middle of the night when something goes wrong and you need immediate assistance. Parkings are available both indoor and outdoor and a wonderful landscape with two seating patios and barbecue grills next to the pool area.

Excellent and warm staff, cleanliness is always maintained, fun social activities, and there are always informative and prompt notifications about the building that are sent out.
