Highly do NOT recommend. They are inconsistent with allowing smokers, the elevators are always out of order, they installed a new heat system that causes energy bills to be over $300 per month. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This apartment is in desirable location and has all needed facilities except no in-unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately without an in-unit this apartment is of no use to us.
