      The 5 star reviews of this building are not accurate!! First off, the ventilation system in each unit blows VERY LOUD, cold air for 15 minutes every hour, every day, winter and summer! And it can not be shut off! Unless you will not be home most of the time that fan will drive you crazy and no the management will not warn you of that. Maybe when the building first opened it was clean but now its mice and cockroach infested. And you will meet the exterminator that will tell you to put him on speed dial. Massive gap under the front door so all the critters, smell of marijuana and other people's food will enter your unit. There is constant construction outside of the building and the city will shut off the water without notice and the leasing office definitely wont tell you either. The package locker is outside of the building so yes your package will be on the sidewalk most days. No automatic doors so good luck with groceries and moving. JUST DON'T DO IT!

      I have not yet to get to see one of your units but would like to but it's hard for me to get around and do I don't know how we can work around that if we could that would be great

      although the price for rent is ok, But this location is fee happy and make you jump through a lot of hoops to rent from them. and they can enter your apartment at anytime. personally I wouldn't want to rent here.
