Quiet location, cleanly kept, responsive/thorough teams and a friendly/safe environment. Everyone is a pleasure to work with, and neighbors are generally quiet. The apartments are in great condition (with ample storage) and there are always plenty of spaces free in the parking lot. The grounds are very well maintained, and the openness of the property makes for some great sunsets on evening walks.
I have been a resident here at Waterford Village for over 15 years and my requests for service have always been taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate your quick response to my recent request and hope that this will solve the problem since I have been having this problem since September and I am quite upset about the pest problem. I hope that it doesn't return
Management charges for parking but the roads doesn't scream well maintained. The roads are filled with potholes. The grounds are not well maintained. Management should charge fine for pet owners who don't pick up after their pets. They take a soft approach towards these pet owners who don't care about the grounds they live in.
Because of these potholes I might have to change the shocks on my new car soon. If the roads are not fixed by lease renewal, there is no point in charging the parking fees and that should be taken off. Also there should be some sort of improvement to justify the rent rise. If there is no added value, why would the management increase the rent?
Pot holes are extremely damaging and dangerous to vehicles entering and exiting the complex and have not been filled. Water leaks in vestibules and stairwells go unresolved. Locks are work and difficult to operate. Light fixtures in apartments use proprietary lamps and can't be purchased easily or are not readily available.
I enjoy the community life. It's peaceful and enjoyable. The leasing staff and the maintenance management have treated all my worries well. Moving in process was simple and worry free.
