I have lived at Landing 53 Apartments for 3 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The maintenance has been good to fix things as needed and Tony the Manager has been incredible! He even carried a package to our apartment for my pregnant wife when he saw her struggling and always greats us with a warm attitude and has been truly great. He is a large reason why I am giving a five star review here. So if looking for a reasonable priced apartment in a great area don't think you could go wrong with Landing 53 apartments.
The apartment I viewed was really nice and the amenities were great! Rachel was very helpful and I look forward to moving in.
I walked in without an appointment and went on a tour of the building with one of the agents. The units are beautiful and the amenities are great! Looking forward to choosing my apartment and moving in.
Tried to get a tour scheduled. Literally called 5 times throughout 2 days and FINALLY got an answer. The girl seemed very disorganized when asking me questions... I told her what I was looking for and she then proceeded with a "ok we will give you a call back once we can schedule a tour, thanks for calling" and I was so confused because I didn't realize I wasn't getting a tour scheduled? Not to mention she didn't even ask me for my info, not even my name! and I had to ask if she wanted my contact info...are you kidding?! NOT going there.
Management is disorganized, act like they have no clue what they are doing and confused. You really notice this after visiting other complexes and experience better service.
