The Kensington, as of our first week here, has proven to be exceptionally high quality in terms of the space, the staff, and the neighbors. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I am especially impressed with how well The Kensington is handling the restrictions with Covid-19. They're information is clear and they seem to always put in extra thought and effort to take care of their residents.

Ever since I first made contact with the Kensington staff and expressed my interest in the building, they were incredibly attentive and made themselves available to answer my questions every single day of the week. While I was incredibly nervous to sign a lease during the COVID pandemic, which only allowed me to see the available apartments virtually rather than in person, everything about the building exceeded all of my expectations upon my move in. The move in was also made unfathomably easy because of the movers that the Kensington recommended, and the accommodations made by the concierge on staff on my behalf. While I have only been at the Kensington for a short few weeks, I am beyond satisfied with what I have seen and the treatment Ive received thus far.

Best staff, friendly and helpful. Available all the times.Somewhat strict rules on the lounge (6th floor). Doors of apartment make lousy noise but otherwise everything else was great

It has been outstanding living at the Kensington so far. The gym is clean and up to date and pool deck area is awesome. Neighbors are so friendly and I feel like people really try to get to know each other. The apartments are beautiful and modern. I especially love our layout.
