Toured the property on Monday. Its defenitly the nicest building complex in the area. The other two I visited in the area were subpar and older. I am moving to Boston (hopefully) for a Job and think that this is where I will end up choosing.

We will Miss Hub! We have lived at Hub 25 from when it opened. The apartments are spacious for city apartments with large closets. The location you cannot beat with the train and highway being right there. The service team is friendly and responsive. The manager is personable and always smiling. The leasing people are very attentive and take the time to get to know you. We just bought a house in the burbs, but will miss our little city pad. If youre thinking to move here, do it! Great value, location, amenities and staff!

The management office is horrible.They promised me several financial promotions before moving in, that they later denied ever offering.The floor/ceiling is constructed poorly and you can hear everything from the upstairs, like a bad headache.I had a crazy neighbor attack me in the middle of the night, trying to force his way into the apartment and I had to call the police to get help.So I talked to the apartment managing office and decided to move out early, and they promised to pay me back for the days that I wasn't staying there anymore.However, unsurprisingly they did not pay be back for those days.My advice, do not live there or fall for their fake promises because they will never follow through.

Living here has surpassed my expectations and by standard I'd say they're usually pretty high. I first toured the complex in March and immediately fell in love with HUB 25. Not sure what sold me; the luxury living or Ashley McNair's bubbly charisma during our tour. I left that same day applying for a lease and three months later I started calling this place my home. Those few months were the longest ever as with each day I continued to build up my anticipation and from day one, the experience has not disappointed. I've never been so happy with an apartment. The ability to walk down to the grocery store when you need a tomato or forgot a stick of butter is the true luxury. Having the T less than 50 steps away from your apartment door only adds to how spectacular this place is. Just yesterday I timed my commute to Downtown Crossing and it was exactly 10 minutes door to door; I still can't believe it! If you're active and want to go for a morning run, this place is for you! In a five-minute walk you'll get to Carson Beach and if you feel like going a little further you'll easily get to Castle Island. During the summer this is where you really want to be! Again, I could go on and on about how great this place is. If you're thinking about it, don't; just come in and I'm certain you'll fall in love, too! The white glove service you receive from the team, especially Ashley will only be the entree to what will be the sweetest decision you make!
