I would prefer not to at this time. Ive lived here three plus years
In current state, would not recommend. Compared to competition, do not get value for the money here. Could easily be so much more, but management does not show any interest at all in addressing the situation. They enjoy the ample profits, but are unwilling to spend money on necessary upkeep. Just take a walk through the halls and youll quickly notice the number of public areas requiring cleaning and basic repairs.
Great residence for Fenway area that provides for all needed amenities.
I wish I could. I would be your strongest advocate in what I believe is a key demographic for you (25-34 year olds). My unhappiness with a few key components will discourage me from leaving a positive review. Your best asset at this time is your location.
Surrounded by some of Boston's most vibrant places to eat, shop and play, Fenway Triangle is at the heart of what matters. It's a building in a neighborhood filled with history and inspired by possibility, a special bit of Boston -- a community that's the perfect place to call home.
