Employees from the office DO NOT check the apartments or do a walk through with you on moving day to make sure everything is correct or done by there poor maintenance staff. Walked in to a last min paint touch up. Garbage disposal did not work, dish washer did not work. laundry door was broken,Laundry light did not work. The Downstairs toilet was full of RUST ! The shower looked like it was never cleaned once from previous owners. The dumpers are ALWAYS full to the top. Trash is left on the ground for the rats and birds. They say its pet friendly but if you have a dog that barks to anyone entering the home the neighbors complain! These town-homes are not worth the rent. the floors squeak in the bedrooms. The paint is absolutely TERRIBLE !
I had one, simple question and had a difficult time getting it answered. BTW, if someone responds to your form letter with a question, don't resend the same stupid form letter. Try getting a human involved to actually answer the question.
The overflowing trash is disgusting. Bags of trash sitting outside of full dumpsters, animals and birds ripping apart the trash bags, litter getting spread all over by these animals. Cigarette butts are also everywhere around the property. The apartments inside are okay, cheap construction and paint, but they are fine. No major complaints with the actual apartment. Loud neighbors, trash all over, and an ice cold pool for most of the summer are my major complaints. Oh, and they raised our rent by $150 a month last year. Which seems crazy since the apartments are actually worse now (trash etc) than they were when we moved in.
I have lived here for 4 years; I love the place, its strategically located for my job and at the same time a family friendly environment. The current (Office) staff are probably short of the sensitivities that attracted us to this property in the first place. The property has changed Management a couple of times, that we lost count. I am leaving as this is not what I had wanted that made me stay here for this length of time.
The community is superb, but for the current office staff who I would at the least say that they are aloof...!!
Office staff appears bothered when you have to deal with them, the pictures they post online are retouched and dont show the true inferior quality and construction in the apartment. Poor insulation and drafts make for a cold winter inside and they lock the thermostat so you cant turn up the heat. Noise travels from apartments next to you so hear your neighbors walking and going up and down their stairs. Parking is limited, trash overflows in dumpsters all the time because theyre not emptied often enough causing a big problem with rats. Also they raised our rent $400 and $450 dollars at end off the leases.
