What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Beverly

It's convenient to everything I need, it's somewhat small and it's near the ocean. It's not far from Boston or other towns when other activities or things are needed or wanted.

There is some nice people living around , family and friends , and secure .

The public beaches are in walking distance. I like going to the beach. The train station is in walking distance for easy commuting into the city..

The things I like most about living in my neighborhood is that I can walk too many places including public trans it, the parks, the beach, grocery stores and other stores for shopping etc. I like the fact that our neighbor hood is friendly and then processed my children outside in the backyard without supervision. I also like the fact that my children can play out front riding their bikes or scooters are going for a walk

It is a simple walk to the beach as well as the downtown area. Safely is a big concern and it is quite safe in local neighborhoods.

Its right by the ocean, but still an easy drive to Boston. The downtown has an art school and a lot of quirky rests and shops.
