Friendly & Helpful leasing agents! Property is managed well, looks like the pictures.
The Slate did a great job keeping everyone informed during all the snow storms. Power went out during one of the storms (along with the rest of the area) and they kept us all updated on the information they were receiving from National Grid. Obvisously not an ideal situation but it was nice to know they were on top of it.
Love living here! The staff is great and works hard to create a beautiful home for the residents!
Beautiful apartment homes and a wonderful staff!
Disappointed is an understatement! For so called "Luxury" apartments they are the complete opposite! Apparently luxury doesn't consist of cutting the grass? Grass hasn't been mowed yet this year. Giving rise to a big tick problem and poison ivy plants surrounding the perimeter. The dog park is destroyed and unusable. It is not kept up, and the gates do not latch. The soccer field and pet walking areas can't be used either, due to the lack of lawn mowing. Inside isnt much better. Everything interior was quickly and cheaply built. The main indoor water pipes burst causing massive flooding and evacuation.
Upper Management doesn't seem to address any submitted maintenance requests.
I've complained many times and still seem to be ignored. The list of complaints goes on.
Long story short......Do Not live here!
More people are moving out than moving in. The building is getting more and more run down, yet rent keeps going up for these so called "luxury" apartments.
