This apartment community used to be good when we first moved in. The management team has been unprofessional and impolite recently, especially after this incident. My wife sent in the check early this month, and the check was checked out earlier than we expected. My bank account was set to block outgoing transactions until the last two days of the month so that I have the chance to review the transactions while the transaction is still pending. For some reason, the management team cashed out the check earlier this time, and it was rejected right away by my bank. Ultimately, an NFT fee of $50 was charged before the month ended. I first talked to the front desk, and I was told to speak with their inside manager since she handles all the payment fees. The inside manager mentioned nothing she could do and asked me to talk to the property manager who is sitting right beside her office. I spoke to the property manager and tried to explain the situation, which happened the first time. The next moment was I received a cold answer, "No, it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank," without empathy. When I mentioned I wanted to pay now, I received a firm, and the resolute answer "Yes, you will need to pay now" from the property manager. I was so upset that the whole process was like playing passing hot potatoes games, yet no one wanted to listen, where I went into one room after another and repeated the same reason, which they felt like an excuse. All this makes me feel like the management team lacks professionalism to deal with the customer. Staying roughly a year and a half and this incident ruined all the good impressions that this apartment community built in my living experience here. Giving 2 stars for the Maintainance Team that always perform an excellent job and Ayse for her friendly.

Awesome staff had the help of maintenance clean out my garage and help me move all my stuff out my old garage into my garage they even swept and wiped down everything to ensure my car wouldn't see any dust shawn and david are so helpful and always willing to help.

This room is amazing plus there is a pool and the beds are beutiful! And the bathroom SOOO luxurious!!!!!! I love the apartment!

My wife and I have only been in the community of Hanover at Andover for 3 weeks but it seems as though we have lived here for quite some time. The uplifting atmosphere that dominates and the staff's attention to detail and sincere kindness are two of many reasons why we plan to be here for the balances of our lives. You think you are at a resort on vacation with all the amenites you would ever desire. This community in my opinion brings out the best in one's being and quality of life. Jay B.
