It is by the water and it is historical. it is beautiful. there is so much history here and they have so much great food

I like the parking situation. I like the package delivery system as well. I like the maintenance as well.

I like that I can walk downtown, which always has a lot of kids and people there. Most neighbors are friendly, my street even has a block party.

There is a river behind the houses. There is also a forest that has a trail that people can use that goes along the river. It is quiet and the people are friendly.

out to eat. finding indoor and outdoor activities. going for a walk. seeing a show or concert. taking the dog to the park
