It's a quiet place to live, especially with having children. The neighbors are very nice, and respectful.
I have lived here for 7 years and once the new owners took over last spring, it has been such a pleasant turnaround. Looking forward to staying here. Very professional considerate staff (whether office staff or the workmen hired to upgrade the apartments).
Helpful staff, new clean apartments, love the appliances
Administrative and maintenance staff are very pleasant. Obvious hard work going into the apartment complex with new projects all the time. Great pet rec area. Negatives: no net at the tennis court. Tire marks/ditches in courtyard. It would be nice to have an online maintenance request form or something more organized where we can track appointments/progress. A few times I have been told repairs will be done and then they are forgotten about. Happy to see the lack of hot water will be addressed.
The people that live here are very nosey. It used to be a senior living home and a lot of the elderly believe it still is which is NOT the case.
