Searching for possible new home. The apartments I've viewed so far have my approval.
I have submitted two differents maintenance request and none of them have been completed. This apartment complex need to hire maintenance workers that can get the job done. I have been without heat for 2days and the worker show up to remove the dirty filter that have not been changed since i have been here ( more than 2 years)and never come back with the replacement. My patio door got big gaps and there is cold air coming in. I called numerous time but nothing have been done.
I have mouse hole all over, I physically went to the office to ask them to send someone to close them but no one show up.
I can keep on .
To anybody thinking about moving here please don't waste your energy and money, look for another place.
This place is absolutely horrible. I am so laid back and nothing really bothers me but this place is a complete waste. The staff in both the leasing office and business center are the rudest people I've ever encountered. They have the worst attitudes when you ask any question and 100% act like they don't care about you or what you're talking about. They find any and every reason to come inside your apartment, the newest reason is for "investment purposes". The water has been cut off with out notice 7times since I've lived here for less than a year. They show you a model apartment with updated appliances then give you old disgusting outdated appliances. And saw if you want "bettering appliances" you have to pay more. My neighbor and I moved in at the same time, pay the same price and her kitchen looks completely different than mine. Most of my drawers are glued shut, they "cleaned" the carpets with water when you first move in and as soon as it dries you see stains everywhere. The carpet was falling apart when I moved in and I know for a fact they will try and charge me when I leave to replace it. Instead of cleaning they just paint over everything so there is literally hair in drawers and on the wall just painted over. The doors aren't even on the hinges correctly and can't be shut all the way. This place is so nasty and worse than the slums I lived in growing up and I'm sorry for all of us who live here. I wouldn't let my worst enemy live in this dump. Oh and the pest control came by one day and forgot behind their list of buildings that had rodent and pest issues and I've never in my life seen a list so long. They also charge you extra to use the pool during the summer. Please spend the extra bucks on a nicer place than here, I'm begging you.
The community is pretty decent. I have lived on this property off and on over the years. The mait. staff and their standard can sometimes be lower than expected. Communication from the rental often has improved, but customer service needs to always be the top priority. In all fairness the property is big with a variety of people living here. Improvements in the areas of Mait (follow-up, and mait staff should be extra careful with cleanup and finishing all jobs); and customer service.
Having mice problems, maintenance doesn't respond quickly enough
