I live at this apartment for over two years and it is the best apartment around the area. The place is very spaces, with big rooms and living spaces. The apartments are well maintained, clean, the staff is very nice and come to fix things when anything go wrong. It also has beautiful amenities l, with a pool, and gym. I always felt safe walking around also. If you are looking for an apartment, look no further away, this is the one. Loved my time living there. I would 10/10 recommend the Tuscany garden apartment.

My husband and I lived at Tuscany Gardens for 2 years beginning in 2019. Our issues with the complex began as soon as we moved in. Although we were given the all clear to move in, we got to our apartment and nothing had been cleaned and it was not move in ready. We then had to come back 3 hours later because they didnt get a chance to get to it. This should have been a clear indication of how our time at Tuscany Gardens would go. The neighborhood is quiet and for the most part the neighbors are friendly. The issue comes in with the management. Multiple times, we came home and maintenance men were inside our apartment without any prior notification. One time we came home and they had tarp all over our apartment because the ceiling wasnt up to code and we had to fix it before it fell. The building next to ours burned down and we had to learn from the news that there was an issue with the chimney. We went to them because we had MOLD growing in our vents. Initially , we were completely blown off and told that it was just moisture and they send over a maintenance man to spray bleach two days after the initial complaint. That same maintenance man told us we will know if its mold if it grows back. Again, this should have been a clear indication to us that they do handle issues in an appropriate and timely manner because who leaves tenants to live in a possible mold situation without as much as a check to make sure that it is not mold. So, about two months later the mold grew back and this time they send a specialist to come in after I called them THREE times to complain. They do not care about your health or your well being. They simply care about their pockets and it shows. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place at all cost.
