We chose Cedar Gardens because of their acceptance of pets. The dog park is excellent (although the grass could be maintained more consistently.)
The staff here are great! I've been in this development for 4 years. Sometimes maintenance will see me taking my trash out and will just grab it and take it to the dumpster for me to save me the walk. Staff is always friendly. Very nice family oriented community!
Been here for only a week and it has been poor service. I move in on 6\24\2020 the leasing rep gave me keys to a unit with no air conditioner not knowing that eventually it would be an issue being it was Sumner and it had to be used at some point, so I've be reaching out to them to get the unit fixed but the lazy techs lie like the agents and say they'll be out but never come I called them 4 times within the week I moved in at least twice in one day and got no service. At this point my money will be going into escrow to move else if they can't terminate my lease immediately.
I have been having gnats for over 3 months now. The staff members at the community careless about what goes on in their home all they want is their rent money. I have complained and stayed calm but enough is enough. Never move to a Morgan Company. They expect me to live like this until they are ready to fix the problem. Never again
My car was towed for parking in a parking space that wasn't reserved and we just moved here 6/1/2019...There is no sign that says reserved parking and was still moving my stuff out the car, we came out and the car was gone. My car was towed at 6 Virunga CT and parked in space# 33 but nothing says reserved since all parkings are numbered... I advise people to stay away from this place...I will contest this because I am not paying $500 in a space that didn't have a reserved sign or warning and I don't know how many people they been taking advantage of by towing their cars
