    Thank you Apartment Guide. I am neither a former or current resident. I had the highest of hopes to be a potential resident. I am totally saddened by Westminster Way! I wanted so badly to live in a new apartment, for I have been in such an old unit for the past 8 yrs. I have been a top notch resident here, always on time with rent. I keep a very clean place. I get along with all my neighbors, of ALL ages. I was told to qualify, I had to be 18 to 61 yrs old. If I had known this, I would of searched last year. I find this to be total discrimination!! I hope you pass this on. It's just not right!

    I couldn't honestly give them a review because they have never returned my calls , or responded to my email. Still waiting, jut not much longer .

    Everything was great in the beginning. Raised the rents by 15% and wasnt notified by management. A little inconvenient get to your apartment with groceries and bags, need a wagon. Building wasnt being cleaned but now that the rents went up it is being kept up. Being forced to move even though I am within the income guidelines. You must be in a higher tax bracket to pay full rent or not be working in order to live here not for the working class. They are nice apartments, you have no balcony or patio, no outside space. As with an apartment you hear everything.
