What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Westminster

peace and quiet. very safe area.20 miles to shopping. restaurants about 10 miles away. thats close enough

There's nothing unique about this neighborhood, but the good thing about it is it's local and you can walk to bars and restaurants.

My neighborhood is unique because it is a farm setting. My favorite local business is any store located on Main Street. I love going to the library with my daughter.

We are very secluded and off the high traffic area. Nice restaurants and stores are within 5 miles of our neighborhood. Open areas allow for family and friends outings.

I like to live near the restaurant because the lights are bright at night, there are shops open nearby, and occasionally the police patrol, which makes me feel safe

Our neighbors keep their property and house maintained and neat. The people who live here are out going, friendly and help others. When my trampoline was blown into a tree by very strong winds and my neighbor asked me if I would like him to help me get it out. We have several restaurants close by which offer good food and reasonable prices. Additionally, there are free movies during the summer that are shown in the city park and there are farmer markets in 2 locations.
