Too expensive for the size
The Apartments when i lived here no where near this. One floor plans were small ceilings lower, no hardwood floors. I highly doubt this is an actual photo of any of their properties. Management is rude. Maintenance slow and non existent. In addition if you fall behind at all court papers filed same week.
I've been living at this property for about an year and half with no problems until the new Murn Management started making some changes. One of the changes was to provide all new residents with new trash containers and trash lids. Previously every Monday and Thursday morning residents would place their own large sized trash containers in the front to be picked up by an trash company. Now with new management ending their contract with the trash company they provided these little trash containers that can approximately hold two 13 gallon trash bags. The plan was first implemented on July 31st where I was told by a leasing agent that they would pick up the trash from your old containers and placed the new trash containers with lids on your back patio area. I wake up in the middle of night and see them placing the new trash containers in the front of the house and that there was still was no trash pick up. I called the next morning, August 5th, and another leasing agent stated that they will be picking up the trash from our old containers between 5pm and 8pm. I looked out and notice that some of trash was picked up from my old container. The rest of the trash was still at the bottom floating in stinky water after the weekend rain showers. I go and get every trash bag from the bottom of my trash container and place it in a new bag. I called the leasing office again after informing them that some of my trash was picked up and they took my address down and told me to place the bag in the front but I woke up this morning and the trash has been torn apart by vultures. I go out and picked up the trash and put in a new bag. I leave a frustrated voicemail requesting answers but never received a response. I called the leasing office and another agent tells me to know take the bag place it in the new container and put it around back to get pick up. I saw there was a dumpster and I picked up that bag and placed it in there.
