Great customer service and anything that needs fixed in your apartment is done in a timely manner.
I love the area and community. The apartments are maintained well and the club house with Internet and exercise room is great. The only complaint I have is the way the trash is laying out at the garbage area. It's not attractive for the community.
The complex is absolutely beautiful and I'm excited about possibly moving here but the office staff SUCK!!! The first day I went I sat and waited for 20 minutes and no one ever said not one word to me and they did see me walk in. There was someone sitting in the corner not even helping anyone at the time and they never said to him hey there's someone in the lobby waiting or said to me someone can help you. After that everything went smooth until it was time to move and they were completely dragging their feet I wouldn't back and forth for a whole month giving them information and filling out paperwork and when it was time to move two days before I still hadn't actually had an answer on whether I was going to be moving there or not or a physical address. I have a child and I'm trying to get him registered for school but I'm unable to without all of this information it seems to matter to no one in their office. So I don't even know if I'm going to be moving there in 2 days or not even though I have all of my stuff packed, and U-Haul reserved and a moving crew waiting to help me move. I may be without a home
I have never lived anywhere that had so many stipulations on their lease!!! I pay my rent on time every month to only get threatened to have my lease terminated & have my car towed by management of the rental office if I don't give them my whole life's worth of my financial history!!! I have to walk over trash that's left on the steps for weeks at a time just to get to my apartment. SMH!!!!
I don't understand some of the stipulations of the lease.
