Pretty crappy place to live. Management is awful, it's loud, dirty and just now had fire alarm pulled at 2;45 am. Mo authority or anyone to monitor this place after 6 pm. It's not worth your money or aggravation. Find another place to rent, truly.

Don't do it. RUN! Parking garage is a nightmare. Dirty halls, walls and smells. People leave garbage bags on carpet for days and management does NOTHING. You have to contact corporate to get anything done. Smoke alarm pulled falsely 6 times since March. It lasts for 30 minutes. Not luxury at all. Go somewhere else and get your money's worth. Really bad here. Been 5 years now, and 3 management companies and UDR is the worst yet. It's a huge unmanaged frat house. They took over and raised rent by 207.00 during state emergency for COVID. .

Dirty hallways, rude neighbors, Terrible management, broken elevators so NO ACCESS, only through narrow stairs. After helping someone dismantle his wife wheelchair, carry his wife downstairs, and getting attitude and 1,000 excuses like "we are new management so it's not our fault" I'm leaving...

I paid $1500 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, but the cabinet space is so small. Also the washer and dryer they provide is terrible, mine was so loud it would make the loudest clangs during the spin cycle! When I informed maintaince of this instead of jsut replacing it with a different washer that works from a nearby apartment, they just fixed mine, which would have been fine if it didnt break a month after they fixed it for the SAME REASON! Thats when they finally switched my washer out for my neighbors washer, but why couldn't they have just done that from the beginning? I won't recommend this apartment complex, it shows luxury on the outside, but when you really live here you realize how sleazy it truly is.
