Given that I've been a tenant at Colony for about 11 years, it's probably obvious hat I enjoy living here. Three factors, in particular, are appealing to me. First is the property's overall design. Second, the excellent maintenance program. And third, the location which is near the full array of services and amenities that one needs for everyday living. Access to the expressway system which is only about 600 yards away is another locational strength.
Perfect Place for the young working professional. 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, walking distance to the towson night life. The only thing that could be better than Colony's location is Couteous staff and excellent apt. layouts and grounds. Extremely pleased about my move.
Very clean , full of activities for my kids and me . We love the pool and gym. There is also a basketball court in walking distance
The staff in the office are unbearable, our toilets have overflown multiple times, maintenance is slow.overall a bad experience
Mice & they wont do anything about it. Found droppings in my newborns room and they dont seem to care. Have not done anything to help. Oven finally working after 5 months. Still no mailbox so I dont get any mail.
