    Given that I've been a tenant at Colony for about 11 years, it's probably obvious hat I enjoy living here. Three factors, in particular, are appealing to me. First is the property's overall design. Second, the excellent maintenance program. And third, the location which is near the full array of services and amenities that one needs for everyday living. Access to the expressway system which is only about 600 yards away is another locational strength.

    Perfect Place for the young working professional. 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, walking distance to the towson night life. The only thing that could be better than Colony's location is Couteous staff and excellent apt. layouts and grounds. Extremely pleased about my move.

    I dont even know where to begin. Lets start with 3 different leasing companies not fixing the broken washer/dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal for over 2 years (washer and dryer finally replaced after 22 months). They do not keep track of anything. I cant tell you how many times i got a "past due rent notice " with a 0 dollar balance (how is it past due then?) . i was threatened by another reaident and the leasing office laughed in my face. Then when we were finally able to move, the leasing office confirmed reciept of our notice (within the correct time frame), then sent 6 letters about renewing and charged us (and sent a request to court) for rent for the month AFTER we had turned our keys in...... Do NOT live here. Literally any other place is better.

    This place has the worst apt management I am having problem with my fridge and my stove the property management stopped by my apt and stated that she was going to make sure that i get the necessary repairs but later refusing to help me stating that there was nothing wrong with my stove or my fridge after clearly seeing it for herself . This place changed the name from the colony to the hills at Kenilworth but kept the same old management sometime change come within when I informed her that was going to report her for failure to complete the necessary repairs she told me to go ahead with my complaint. . My fridge currently doesn't work properly? the stove top only two burners are working in my utility room wires are exposed everywhere. The management told me that she wasn't going to cover-up the wires because i had no reason being in the utility room even though its in my apt.

    Very clean , full of activities for my kids and me . We love the pool and gym. There is also a basketball court in walking distance

    The staff in the office are unbearable, our toilets have overflown multiple times, maintenance is slow.overall a bad experience
