The apartments have nice large rooms, and balconies to enjoy the outdoors all year round. On the east side, the sun comes up in the morning, on the west side, the sun come in the afternoon and warms my whole apartment. No need to turn on my heat except for the early morning to take the chill off. Then in the evening between 6:00/7:00pm. New heating & air conditioning has been installed, and now are installing these wonderful new windows. All sliders!! I love ������������ being here.
The one bedroom is large. The management is always trying to make your living experience better. They tend to any complaints or maintenance requests immediately. They listen to your suggestions
I recently moved into RUXTON Towers and I truly enjoy living there. Everyone is very nice,it is really clean and front desk is always willing to help. I recently requested to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1bedroom. As soon as one became available they contacted me right away. My move was very successful. I look forward to living here for many years.
Seems to be a relatively low character/word limit in this text box, so I guess I have to be concise. Ruxton Towers is Excellent because of (in no particular order) good neighborhood/neighbors, very convenient location, very convenient front desk/management office hours, package acceptance and hold at front desk (no more stolen/ missing Amazon orders), ample parking, very friendly/helpful staff top-to-bottom, and tremendous overall value.
The management staff at Ruxton Towers Apartments are courteous and efficient. They address all requests for services promptly and follow up on all repairs and replacement of appliances. The conditions of the apartment building and of the apartment units are very good and are being upgraded constantly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
