The apartments have nice large rooms, and balconies to enjoy the outdoors all year round. On the east side, the sun comes up in the morning, on the west side, the sun come in the afternoon and warms my whole apartment. No need to turn on my heat except for the early morning to take the chill off. Then in the evening between 6:00/7:00pm. New heating & air conditioning has been installed, and now are installing these wonderful new windows. All sliders!! I love '''' being here.

My advice and I will continue to review is yes this place has a lot to offer if you want noise, five children families and being yelled at from management. I want quiet. We've lived here for 19 years and Jeff and Jeff you can't control this building. For the first time I didn't put balcony lights on because we've to hear banging all day long and night and so does the neighbors.

Lots of renovations recently, new windows, new HVAC. Mgmt. has been very proactive in addressing the needs of the residents and maintenance issue are addressed promptly.

The apt is very spacious and the rent is very reasonable. The renovations to the building are a nice added touch.

The ventilation system is such that food odors from other apartments come into your apt through the vent system inside your apt and the odors also travel down the public hallways and seep under the doors to nearby apartments making it a double whammy situation. To address the problem the management decided to install a very strong deodorizer into the building wide vent system and now many of us find that odor intolerable and it is a continuous problem whereas the food odors are an intermittent problem. The deodorizer in the buildings ventilation system did not solve the problem. It just created an additional problem for residents who are sensitive to odors. The building manager does not seem amenable to hearing that the deodorizer is not helping. He insists that a dozen or so people like the smell. He's seems unable to hear that many more find the smell extremely unpleasant.
