Arlene set a very positive initial tone as I was going through the application process. She was very thorough and patient. I knew Hampton Plaza Apartments would be my new home without a doubt. Now that I live here, everything about this beautiful place is exactly as she explained. The front desk staff members and maintenance crew are very friendly, respectful, and professional each time I interact with them. I am really looking forward to living here for a long time.
