Awful place to live new managment Greengate has. Distro hyed this place rats mice can't get. nothting fixed.No security.Poor everything.

This was a nice place to live. The new staff was so much better than the old people. I would have stayed but I had a job change.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Long story short, an apartment of 3 CLEAN women became infested with mice and Towson Woods did absolutely nothing about it. We had to call a private external exterminator to treat our apartment, who informed us that it would not be completely treated until after our lease was up because the infestation had become so bad. Towson Woods knew we were infested for 6 months and did not do anything about it. Everything broke, our shower ceiling almost fell through and our disposable drain exploded. Keep in mind no matter how clean you are, mice will come and you will have to spend money to fix it. I was literally sitting on my clean carpet and a mouse ran up to me. You can only imagine what happened next. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you love thousands of mice running around in your kitchen, bedroom, and living room, this place is for you.

I love my apartment but the location is not as great. I do not like that I live at the top of a steep hill where every time it snows my car slides down the hill when I drive to work

So far so good! We moved to find a safer place and were definitely getting more than we thought. Towson woods is a perfect apartment-close to school, safe, and extremely nice!
