Good luck getting anything repaired. I have lived here for 5 years and repairs used to be fast. Now with the new management it has been 3 weeks with calls, visits and online requests with no response. The repair guys are great but the management isn'treaponsive. I wish I could hold up a sign when new people come warning them to stay away.

Disgusting neighbors kept leaving their trash bags in front of my door! nstead of their door. Mgmt was impossible to reach, in fact, it appears they blocked my number. Finally reached Ryan, he was unhelpful, basically told me I shouldn't "care too much" about basic human needs like running water. So if you value living like a human being, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!

First unit I tried to move into STUNK of the worst odor Ive ever encountered in my life - a weird mix of heavy cigarettes, unwashed laundry, rancid body odor and cat pee. I spent a small fortune in cleaning supplies and still couldnt remove the stink. I couldnt sleep one night in this unit, even with a odor filtering mask on! My clothes were ruined from stink! Against my better judgment, I tried a second unit, which also REEKED! Heavy body odors, old shoes, paint, while horrific cant hold a candle to the first place? We really really tried to live here, but the odor was unbearable and after weeks of cleaning and scouring and dumping two cans of air sanitizer DAIRY, we decided living is a disaster for our health! Why, oh why arent apartments deodorized in between tenants?

Terrible. There are mice everywhere. Everyone I talked to that also stayed here had mice as well. Staff was rude and not helpful. Very thin walls you can hear all of your roommates AND neighbors (literally entire conversations word for word). They never notify you of work being done in the complex so be prepared to be woken up to loud machinery right outside of your window often. The staff are very inconsistent and theyre never on the same page. They will NOT give you your security deposit back no matter how good of a condition you left your apartment in. IF YOU COME HOME AFTER 11 GOOD LUCK FINDING A PARKING SPOT IN THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT EVEN THOUGH YOU LIVE THERE AND HAVE A PARKING PASS.

Be prepared to pay significantly higher amounts, over and above the proffered rent amounts. There are fees, added charges, and fees imposed, with no opportunity to discuss these increases with LaVerne. She is never available and never returns calls or emails. If you turn up at the office, the staff are always pleasant, tries to help you, but must always clear things with LaVerne. This is where it ends. If you fail to pay a fee, she is right on the spot with an email though, expecting immediate payment with a money order or cashier's check. I've rented here for over 3 years now. It's gotten very bad recently
