    Mold and frequent water leaks all they do is lie apartment never cleaned after previous tenant they just straight up trifling expensive living with hood standards foh

    Can never get delivery people in.. door codes notoriously don't work. Pay extra for "package locker" service.. gets used about 30% of the time. Your packages left out may or may not be there. Awful finishes on kitchen cabinets... literally "stick on" wood texture that is falling off. *TINY* washer and dryer. My blanket won't fit in it. No trash area on our floor.. have to walk down two halls, then downstairs, then into the parking garage, then move the garbage blocking the chute.. THEN you're all set.. .. :/ No recycling.

    Do not waste your money on this place! The main door into the complex has NEVER locked in the 7 months Ive been there! Anyone can come and go 24/7, no security. Ive asked 3 times for this to be fixed and they just mark my request as complete. Awful! And the roaches, rats and dog feces are disgusting! Trash everywhere! For $1800 a month, youd think youd get something worth having. Nope! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    We applied, paid the $300 holding deposit and was approved within 10 minutes. A short time later we received a lease to sign which included an additional $200 per month parking fee. We decided that was ridiculous and asked to withdraw our application all within 24 hours of applying. We received a response that stated since we were approved, the $300 holding fee was non-refundable. Trash fee and insurance liability fees are also added so be very mindful of all the extra/hidden costs.

    My lease is not up unstil January 23 and when I came to see the apartment I love it I want to come in an fill out a application but I am sick with Cov19 and I see that you have one available

    Horrible! The front office is unresponsive. Went down and spoke in person regarding the 60 day notice you have to give them to end lease. I did it in person because I had to request 2 additional days. They informed me it was no problem they would charge per diem those 2 days, great I thought. Called twice last week to remind them of the 2 days. No return call. Now it's time to move out and they say I never gave them notice and I should have put it in writing so they are charging me extra fees.
