My lease is not up unstil January 23 and when I came to see the apartment I love it I want to come in an fill out a application but I am sick with Cov19 and I see that you have one available
Horrible! The front office is unresponsive. Went down and spoke in person regarding the 60 day notice you have to give them to end lease. I did it in person because I had to request 2 additional days. They informed me it was no problem they would charge per diem those 2 days, great I thought. Called twice last week to remind them of the 2 days. No return call. Now it's time to move out and they say I never gave them notice and I should have put it in writing so they are charging me extra fees.
Unfortunately, our move in experience till now was anything but pleasant. When we first arrived to view the apartment they showed us the only one they had but it was not fully ready Yet which was ok because we just wanted to see the size and amenities. Luckily, we are glad we saw it or else we would have not noticed that at move in the apartment looked exactly the same as before they stated it was not ready. Stains on carpet, cabinets tilted, window handles broken, main door hard to open, cracked tile in bathroom, pubic hair in both bathrooms, 2 nd bedroom light shuts down everytime closet light turns on so we kept having to flip the braker, closet door has no bottom rail, kitchen sink drains slow etc. The signing papers was also a bad experience we found out about three other fees after we sign the lease. Guest can only have a 24 hour free pass, guest have to pay for pool pass , they do not accept packages at front office they will return the only option is to pay monthly for storage fee with a third party company. When guest come visit and ring on the intercom under our name pressing almost every button and nothing work so you still have to go down to let them in. We had called corporate and spoke to a anita i believe and she assured me the manager wild contact us except the manager still has not contact us till this day i actually had to go to her regardless of all the times i passed her in the hallway. The maintenance man came supposedly to fix something in our apartment eneded up leaving again for the second time and left his tools inside the apartment which we then had to tale down to the office the next day. The front office agent is nice but you can tell she tells you what you want to hear and has a good way of making you believe something is done but its not. Three times her excuse was as she is showing us her phone with a text trying to prove she told the maintenance guy that she did tell him to fix whatever needed to be fixed like that was the solution.
