I have read alot of bad reviews about this complex but i have been here for a year and i thank god i have not had no issues or experience half of the stuff people say about this complex becaise when you read some of the reviews it would make you not want to move here. I love my apartment especially they have ample closet space if they do a little upgrade they will be awesome. but they still are nice inside once you put your touch to it.The rental office staff have also been great to me so i can't complain.
Got there and apartment was already rented
I have been complaining about water coming through my windows when it rains for a YEAR now! Someone will come out and fix it but the next time it rains water is coming from the top and bottom! I hate it here! I will be moving soon this is not worth it! The elevators work sometimes! And when you call the front office you have to call about 4 or 5 times before someone answers the phone! I have been here for about 4 years and to be honest this place has gone down hills! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Income requirement is a little high , otherwise not bad.
Elevator is always broken. Building reeks of weed all the time. Parking is an issue. Maintenance is non existent, only time they fix things is when someone moves out and they need to rent the unit again. Residents are rude, inconsiderate, and throw trash around the building and grounds. Laundry room money box has need broken for two months now and we have to go to another building to reload our cards to do laundry. Laundry room is always filthy with lint and dryer sheets everywhere, detergent spilled on top of machines. Floor floods if too many machines run at same time. People smoke in the hallways and elevators. Visitor parking is being used for people storing cars, they never move, not to mention they dont even live here. Wheels are being stolen off cars at night even though there is supposed to be security in the lot at night. Been here for years and even though rent is raised every year the complex is going downhill quickly. They will only show you the 3200 building when you inquire about renting as its the only building that gets regular and decent maintenance. The model they show is an apartment that has never been lived in so it looks extremely impressive but when you move in your apartment looks nothing like what you were shown.
