Income requirement is a little high , otherwise not bad.
Elevator is always broken. Building reeks of weed all the time. Parking is an issue. Maintenance is non existent, only time they fix things is when someone moves out and they need to rent the unit again. Residents are rude, inconsiderate, and throw trash around the building and grounds. Laundry room money box has need broken for two months now and we have to go to another building to reload our cards to do laundry. Laundry room is always filthy with lint and dryer sheets everywhere, detergent spilled on top of machines. Floor floods if too many machines run at same time. People smoke in the hallways and elevators. Visitor parking is being used for people storing cars, they never move, not to mention they dont even live here. Wheels are being stolen off cars at night even though there is supposed to be security in the lot at night. Been here for years and even though rent is raised every year the complex is going downhill quickly. They will only show you the 3200 building when you inquire about renting as its the only building that gets regular and decent maintenance. The model they show is an apartment that has never been lived in so it looks extremely impressive but when you move in your apartment looks nothing like what you were shown.
