The worst place to live my ceiling had a hole in it for a week now all they did was come in and put cardboard to cover the hole I have been without hot water and heat the entire weekend and I have a minor in my home these people are really bad at fixing things and the management gets mad when you mention anything that needs to fixed, people leave their trash in the hallways and stairways the rent is entirely to high it always goes up when I first moved in I was told I would only pay electric then when the new management came it changed to water gas and electric and the rent went up this building is mouse and roach infested do not move here
Pipes are always bursting and flooding. The laundry rooms always smell like mold. Roaches and all outside bugs find there way into your apartment since the windows are old and the sealing is worn. There will be a draft in the winter time due to improper installation around the AC unit connections between the outside and inside. There are no weekend hours to accommodate the residents that work 9-5 M-F. They put new locks on the doors but wouldn't accommodate those that work the previously stated hours so people came home and were locked out until some one already inside came out. They don't communicate new changes with the residents so you never know. My friends ceiling was leaking and eventually fell in and they didn't fix it for weeks. His stuff was ruined and carpet smelled so bad because it was damp. Also in the winter the heat went out 3-4 times and maintenance took forever to come so buy an electric heater and be prepared for your Pepco bill to go up and your medical bill from pneumonia. Schweb management is the worst "New Management" that this complex has ever had.
Every things was great asap no parking
I would tell my friends about it
