Poor water Lots of the time & A. C. breaks all the time. Dirty building inside and out. Poor maintenance. Low grade d appliances. Poor paint job inside. No security with it being gated.
Excellent Property! I absolutely enjoy living here. the staff is amaziing.
If you can avoid it, don't move here.
UPDATE August 2017: So my former roommate called me and said that a debt collector called her about an outstanding balance for rent for February and March of 2017. If you continue to read, you will see that we moved out January 31st. They kept my security deposit bc we did not give EXACTLY 30 days notice. Not that mad anymore. But I signed a paper. They signed a paper. We were done. All was paid up. I called them only to be met with sass and rudeness from Phyllis for remembering "my very memorable experience". Turns out they decided to bill us just for fun, but we had to deal with it. It's corrected now (although I never got the letter in the mail, but on the collector's website it was). Like, COME ON.
There are so many things they don't tell you, so as I have just moved out after completing my one year lease, let me tell you, so you are not miserable like my roommate and I were.
1. "Gated community" means that yes, there is a gate, however I can count ~10 times in the 365 DAYS I lived there that it was closed. That's some top notch security.
2. "Laundry in the building" means that there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for 12 units (not too bad), but only one works, and you have to dry your clothes at least 2 times for them to be dry.
3. Communication is a major issue. Phones, messages, and emails are rarely answered. If you speak to one individual in the office, they don't communicate with the rest of the management leaving you, the resident that did their due diligence, the one at fault for whatever reason. I have plenty of examples and not enough space.
There are many, many more reasons why to not live here. We paid early every month. Never caused ANY problems. Never broke anything. And this is how we were treated. Think about that.
BEWARE!!! I'm just gonna leave it at that. I have a current lawsuit against their security guards that attacked me for sitting on my front. Two of them have been charged with criminal offenses and more charges are coming. Another neighbor was waiting on his mother to pull up and grab groceries. The guards body slammed him in front of his mother and girlfriend. Video footage of these attacks will be posted once my attorney gives me the ok. You've been warned. Now the rest is on you. Do yourself a favor and question the neighbors before making a decision. I'll leave it at that.
A Great place to live! !!!!
