      It's a nice place to live, and the location is great right off the beltway and Suitland park way. The community is well kepted up and the apartments.

      Applied and made sure everything was good with my application before bringing in the holding fees for the apartment. Get all the way there and they tell me they cannot approve my application because a past balance was showing on my credit report for another apartment. But its been paid I full so I was confused

      Do not move here unless it is your VERY LAST RESORT! I moved in March 25, 2018. For the very first week my heat was not properly working. Everyday I would have it set to 72 degrees and it was fine until around 10 pm it would cut off and I would wake up to 55 degree temp in my apartment every morning. It took at least two weeks until they officially fixed my furnace. I literally had to go out to buy a space heater to keep my apartment warm. They had a HVAC guy come out who instructed me to go outside and turn my furnace off then on to get it working! Which, made no sense to do as a tenant. They finally fixed it (again after two weeks). I have a lot of spiders in my apartment that won't seem to go away. I just started seeing roaches even though I keep my apartment very clean! They had pest people come last week and I still see them in my apartment. Now on to the ridiculous parking! When I moved in they told me that they had no parking restrictions but that would change in a month, at first I didn't see that as a problem until they posted what the rules were. Any sane person would see this as ridiculous. Parking rules are: residents must park in resident parking only if you have a car registered in Maryland and you are on the lease (sounds reasonable, until you read further) If you are a visitor or a resident without MD tags. You can park in resident parking until 10:59 pm, then you must move your vehicle to visitor parking. You are only allowed to park in visitor parking from 10:59 pm to 6:59 am. So example; I have PA tags, when I get home at 8 pm I park my car in front of my building. At 10:55 pm I go outside to move my car to visitor parking. In the morning I have to move my car back in front of my building at 7 am. So I do not get to sleep in on the weekends, I don't get to go to bed at 8:30 pm and stay asleep because I have to get up. I have a CDL license with endorsements. I do not need a MD license for my job. However, if I want to change my license, I would hav

      when I moved they told me I didn't need a parking pass, 6 months into my lease they change the parking rules and won't give me a parking pass because I can't have my registration transferred over to MD for work reasons. I'm in the middle of terminating my lease early and they are charging me 2 months rent to do so because of a rule they changed in the middle of my lease. I've tried contacting the regional manager but she just forwards my messages to the rental office who is no help at all..... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! or any other Ross properties you WILL REGRET IT

      Do not move here! I have been here since October and they have a roach infestation. I have heard from the property manager herself that a lot people have mice. As for the manager, she always avoids any conflict and it is hard to reach here because she doesnt want to address anything. I have children so this is horrible. I have complained and been getting treatment and nothing works. They will not let us out of lease and I dont have the funds to pay for it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AND THIS IS THE WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER MADE. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
